NTI Core Values

NTI's core values are what  we stand for and believe to be essential in the face of change. These values will not be compromised for financial gain or short-term expediency. They provide us with a common purpose and a sense of direction. We personally bring these values to work every day.

• Honesty and integrity – Telling the whole truth and not half-truths, the bad news as well as the good. Having one rule that applies to all. No small print. 

• Respect for others- Treating others as you would have them treat you. Working and sharing as part of a team. Having real humility in victory and a deep concern and caring for the individual. 

• Responsibility for outcomes- Owning the problem and actively seeking out solutions. The pursuit of constant improvement in everything we do. Taking an active part in achieving successful outcomes. 

• A bias for action – Having a sense of urgency in everything we do. Driving the result by trying lots of things and keeping what works. Possessing a healthy disrespect for "Red Tape." 

• Staying close to the customer – Having an intimate understanding of  our customers and their needs. Creating an rewarding lifetime customers. Demonstrating everyday a commitment to excellent customer service
