NTI minimises the stress, worry and trauma associated with every accident.  The moment we take a call about an incident we take control of the claim, regardless of the time of day or night.  The driver receives immediate assistance and their claim is lodged automatically - without the need to complete a claim form.

We also:

• provide over-the-phone trauma assistance to the driver until help arrives
• relay urgent messages to loved ones, suppliers and others
• arrange to transport the driver back to base*
• authorise an NTI Heavy Motor Recovery Operator to recover the vehicle using the latest skills and equpiment to prevent further damage
• ensure the load recovery cost is fair
• oversee clean-up of the accident scene*
• arrange post-trauma counselling for the driver if required.
