NTI New Zealand expands Claims Services

NTI New Zealand is excited to announce White Bros. Panelworks as its first NTI Premium Repairer workshop.

The NTI Premium Repairer network acknowledges heavy motor repairers who meet the high standards set by NTI New Zealand in all aspects of truck repair service, including parts, paint, equipment and staff training.

NTI New Zealand has also launched its first brandedNTIAccident Assist tow truck, operated by ACE Heavy Haulage.

The NTI Accident Assist service provides 24/7 assistance to drivers involved in an accident, ranging from accident scene management and clean-up to medical assistance and trauma counselling.

Alistair Hanning, NTI New Zealand National Manager, said the launch of  NTI’s Premium Repairer network was a significant milestone for the company’s claims services.

“As a specialist in heavy commercial motor insurance, NTI has developed its range of claims solutions specifically for the unique needs of the New Zealand trucking industry,” he said.

“The NTI Premium Repairer network will allow us to authorise repairs with even greater efficiency and to protect customers’ livelihoods by getting them back on the road faster.

“NTI is proud to be partnering with both White Bros. and ACE Heavy Haulage to ensure NTI customers have access to the best towing and repair services in New Zealand.”

White Bros. Panelworks was opened in 1991 by brothers Scott and Paul White, and has since become one of New Zealand’s leading workshops in truck and trailer smash repairs.

ACE Heavy Haulage has been providing heavy haulage and towing services since 1983.  Originally operating in Rotorua, the family owned company has grown to service clients throughout the entire country.
