Carrier’s Transit Liability Policy
NTI’s Carrier’s Transit Liability cover has been tailored for transport operators to provide protection for loss or damage to freight carried on a Limited Carriers Risk basis during transit and transport within New Zealand (Declared Value conditions are available on request). The policy automatically extends coverage for liability for the freight:
- arising from incidental storage during transit for up to 31 days
- arising from the attempt to save a life.
Optional extensions include:
- Consequential Loss
- Removal of Debris.
